My family tree is on another website.
Hi, I'm married to a Carte and I have found more about my side then my husbands so I am also researching his side to. I have trees on a few websites but I find that i'm not getting anywhere after a point. I am happy to find another site to be able to talk to possible relatives . My side is Arthur, Fore, Whittington, Casdorph, Slater, Underwood, Tate, Young, Withrow, McFarland, Higgenbotham, etc.... My Husbands side is Carte, Carpenter, Jackson, Wickline, Lowe, Seabolt, Schoolcraft, Moore, Morris, Coleman, Hunt, Harper, Parsons, etc.... Any help would be appreciated . I also found out that there are such a thing called a delayed birth certificate due to me running into a roadblock on my great great grandpa's dad Everett Casdorph. We never knew his dads name . Help on that can help.

I was wondering if there was a way to bring over all my ancestors from ancestry to my tree on here without having to manually adding them in as I have over 6000 names on my tree on ancestry? that would take forever to add all these names and their kids if I did it one at a time. If not its ok, but I'm still learning how to navigate this site and I was hoping that I could shave some time off of me doing all those names again.
You can upload a GEDCOM to use in the GEDCOMpare process. It doesn't automatically create the profiles but can save you a lot of typing. It's done that way because when you get back beyond a certain point, a lot of people already have profiles here. Check out the info in that link to get a better idea on what's involved.
