Biography
William was christened on May 01, 1785 at Charles Parish in York county, Virginia.[1] He was among the early settlers of Norwich Township in Franklin county, Ohio.
He married 1) Lucy Waite on 11 Aug 1810 at Franklin county, Ohio.[2] She died in 1820 and William married 2) Rachel Goetschius. Among his children are:
