Biography

Marriage Bond dated 28 Oct 1807, married 5 Nov 1807 by Rev. Lewis Chaudoin. Bo: Jesse Michaux. James A Armstead consented for his daughter to marry. Teste: James Johnson, Obadiah Johnson.

From Armistead of Cumberland =
Elizabeth M. Armistead, dead in 1827; married in Cumberland 5 Nov. 1807 (bond dated 27 Oct.) Zachariah Taylor, with her father's consent.63 Her father's will states: "I have already given to my daughter Elizabeth Taylor, deceased, all her portion of my Estate, of course her family will not receive any more of my estate except what shall herein be given to one of her children Zackariah by name."64 Among the children of Zachariah and Elizabeth M. Taylor: a. Ann Jane, married 10 Aug. 1830 (bond) Richard Jones, with consent of her father Zachariah Taylor.65 b. Zachariah P.

Elizabeth died 13 Aug 1819 at the age of 30. (Bible)
