Biography
Anthony Armistead is a part of US Black heritage.
Anthony was born about 1827 in Virginia. In 1880 he was living in Richmond with his wife Catherine and children William, Tony, Allen, Catherine, Samuel, T..., Charlie and Teresa in Richmond, Virginia. He was a laborer; his three eldest sons worked in a tobacco factory.[1]
