Arthur Joseph "Toby" Armistead was born in 1918 in Colac, Victoria, Australia, the son of Ethel Armistead and Arthur Armistead[1]
He married Sheila Ethel O'Dowd in 1941 in Victoria.[2]
Arthur died in 1992 and is buried in the Colac Cemetery, Victoria.[3]
