According to our family notes he was born 14 Aug 1862.

W.H. Argles was secretary-treasurer of Denton, Mitchell and Duncan, Ltd., a large Toronto wholesale dry goods business.^[1]

He married first wife Emily, 12 May, 1891, age 29. Birth of son William Buchanan Argles; 23 April 1894, age 32

NOTE: The wedding certificate lists A.S Buchanan (Mary's brother) and Reginald F Argles (William's brother) as witnesses in their marriage.
