Biography

Kate was born about 1884. She was the daughter of James Arbuthnot and Katherine Rummel.

US Census Event Year 1900: Living with her mother Kate and sister Mary in District 1 Newark city Ward 1, Essex, New Jersey, United States. Aged 18 and single.

She married John Joseph Tuite circa 1902.

They had at least one daughter.

US Census Event Date 1910: Living with her husband John and 6 year old daughter Margaret in Belleville, Essex, New Jersey, United States. Aged 26.

Her father died in 1914 and her husband John died in 1927.

At the age of 49 Kate married, secondly, 51 year old Henry Schaller on 29 August 1932 at Manhattan, New York, New York, United States.^[1]

US Census Event Date 1940: Living with her husband Henry in Livingston Township, Essex, New Jersey, United States. Aged 46.

Her mother died in 1952.

She died in 1959 at the age of about 75.
