Biography
Elizabeth Arbuthnot was born in about 1817. She was the daughter of George Arbuthnot of Invernettie, Aberdeenshire and Arbuthnot House and Mary Hutchinson.[1]
- Christening Date: 17 August 1817
- Christening Place: Peterhead, Aberdeenshire, Scotland[2]
Her mother died in 1837.
Scotland Census Event Date 1841: Recorded in Broad Street South, Peterhead, Aberdeenshire, Scotland with her father, three siblings and six other individuals. Aged 24.
She married George Gilbert Anderson, solicitor - Peterhead.[1]
Sadly she died in 1845 at the age of 26.

Peterhead Old Churchyard, Peterhead, Aberdeenshire, Scotland[3]

- Erected to the memory of ELIZABETH ARBUTHNOT,
- spouse of G.G. Anderson, writer in Peterhead
- who died 11 June 1845 age 27;
