Samuel Angier, the son of Edmund and Abiel Angier, was baptized on 15 July 1722 at Cambridge, Massachusetts.[1]
Mr. Samuel Angier and Miss Abigail Watson, both of Medford, were married on 29 Apr 1762 in Medford, Middlesex, Massachusetts. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Ebenezer Turell.[2][3] They had at least the following children:

Samuel died on 23 Aug 1775 at Medford, Middlesex, Massachusetts,[5] of dysentery.[6] He is buried at the Salem Street Burying Ground, Medford. His gravestone refers to him as Samuel Angier, MA, aged 52 years.[7]
