Biography

David Chapman Andrews was born on February 8, 1853 in Salamonia, Madison Township, Jay, Indiana, United States, son of George Lloyd Andrews (1805–1854) and Margaret Rodabaugh (1814–~1904).^[1]

In 1860, David (7) was in the household of Margaret Andrews. ^[1]

David married Cora Bell Cramer (born on February 8, 1870 in Clermont County, Ohio, USA; daughter of Samuel Cramer and Matilda Ann (Thompson) Cramer). Their son was Alvin Floyd Andrews (1892–1966). They had 14 children in all, four of whom died as children.

In 1900, David C (47) was living in Galena Township (east half), Woods, Oklahoma Territory. ^[2]

In 1910, David C (57) was living in Aline, Alfalfa, Oklahoma. ^[3]

David died on February 3, 1917, aged 63.
