Carl Anderon was an American singer, film and theater actor best known for his portrayal of Judas Iscariot in the Broadway and film versions of the rock opera Jesus Christ Superstar.
He was a computer technician for the United States air force and performed in the World Wide Air Force Talent Contest. His success led to him forming the musical group "The Second Eagles" and later becoming a stage musical performer, best known for playing Judas Iscariot in both the stage show and film adaptation of Jesus Christ Superstar.
