Kelley Jo was born to Laurence Anderson and Naomi Robinson on 25 September 1957, in Seattle, Washington.
Kelley played the violin and earned a seat with the Seattle Symphony.[1][2]

Kelley was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and volunteered her time as a full-time "pioneer".

Kelley married David Allan Anthony in March of 1991.[3][2]
