Minnie (Amonett) Cornwell is the descendant of a Huguenot emigrant.
Minnie Gertrude Amonett was born on February 16, 1882 in Tennessee, United States, daughter of Frances Marion Amonett (~1839–1901) and Virginia Taylor Maddux (1848–1909).
Minnie (27) married Drury Cowan Cornwell (26) (born about 1882) on May 31, 1909 in Smith, Tennessee. Their son was Frank Wilson Cornwell (~1910– ).
Minnie died on December 5, 1952 in Tennessee, aged 70.[1]
