Alexander Hamilton Ames was born about 1826.

On October 8, 1846, Alexander married Ruama Tungate in Schuyler County, Illinois.^[1][2] They remained residing together only about a year before Ruama removed to Cass County, Illinois and Alexander sued for divorce on January 18, 1850.^[3][2]

Alexander married Eliza Jane Paul August 25th, 1850 in Fulton County, Illinois.^[4][5][6][7]

Alexander died about 1855. Alexanders' estate was probated on May 6, 1858.^[7]

Research Notes

The parental relationship is uncertain as source material has yet to be found for it. All we have to go on is family trees. The year and place of birth is also uncertain for the same reasons.
