Geneviève ALEXANDRE LALIBERTÉ, fille de Joseph et Geneviève TAUREL JOLICOEUR, est née le 21 février 1797 et baptisée le lendemain à Yamaska. [1]

Le 3 février 1817 à Yamaska, elle épouse Antoine JOYAL, fils de Joseph et Marie Charlotte RITCHOT. [2] Leurs nombreux enfants connus sont :
