Frank was born in June 1849 in Fairfield County, South Carolina, United States.
He was a slave. In the 1880 census Frank (age 31), Farmer, was the married head of household in Township 5, Fairfield, South Carolina, United States.[1]
At age 82, he provided a narrative related to his life as a slave where he identified his slave owner and other family members. [2] [3]
He died on 22 February 1942 in Fairfield County, South Carolina, United States and he is buried in Flint Hill, Fairfield County, South Carolina, United States. [4]
