Susannah Susan Adams was born about 1834 in Illinois, United States.

Susannah (22) married John Ashley (26) (born about 1830 in Missouri; son of [father]) on March 15, 1857 in Calhoun.^{[1] [2]}

In 1860, Susannah (25) was living in Point Precinct, Calhoun with her husband, John (31); and George Ashley (6), and Alax Ashley (1). ^[3]

In 1870, Susannah (35) was living in Vernon Township, Clark with Geo W Ashley (17), Alexander Ashley (10), and Jno J Ashley (7). ^[4]

Susannah died in 1880 in Henry, Missouri, aged about 45.^[5]
