Biography

Zella M. Adams was born on December 23, 1870 in Pleasant, Pleasant Township, Switzerland, Indiana, United States, daughter of Samuel Adams (1846–1937) and Nancy Jane Tower (1852–1938).^[1] In 1880, Zella (9) was in the household of her father, Samuel, in Pleasant Township, Switzerland, Indiana. ^[2] Zella (18) married Adolphus Crail on November 30, 1889.^[3] In 1910, Zella M (39) was in the household of Mack Stewart in Johnson, Clinton, Indiana. ^[4] In 1920, Zella M (49) Steward was in the household of Mack Steward. ^[5] In 1930, Zella M (59) was in the household of George M Stewart in Polk, Huntington, Indiana. ^[6] Zella died on July 10, 1936 in Groomsville, Prairie Township, Tipton, Indiana, aged 65. She was buried in Liberty Cemetery, Groomsville, Tipton County, Indiana.^[1]
