Biography

Edward George Adams was born on 3 May 1894 in Woodend, Victoria, Australia, son of Louisa (Maw) Adams and George Adams.^[1]

He married Alice Robina Christie in 1917 in Victoria.^[2] Their children were:

• Alma Louisa Adams (1918–?)^[3]
• Noel Arthur Adams (1927?–1929)^[4]

Edward died on 8 March 1985 in Kyneton, Victoria, aged 90 years.^[5] His remains were buried together with his wife's at Woodend beside large grave of the 'Adams' relatives.

Alice Christie and Edward George Adams were 2nd cousins and share the same great grandparents Richard Adams and Betty (Barrett) Adams. (Grandparents were siblings: John Barrett Adams and Leah Hunnington).
