I remember very little about my grandfather in life. More is the memory in his death. I remember playing underneath his casket at the wake and hearing a large, rowdy crowd. Our family was so warm and connected that my father and his brother were asked to go outside for a while as they were laughing too much and it aggravated the funeral director!
