Biography

David Alexander Adams was born on January 29, 1880 in in New Brunswick^[1] to Dorothy Janet Bruce, age 21, and George A. Adams, age 38.

In 1881^[2] he was Irish and Methodist and living in Carleton, New Brunswick.

He was Irish, Methodist, and worked as a "laborer on lumber" in 1901.^[3]

Martha and David were married in Alexander, Maine on September 25, 1907.^[4][5][6]

David was a farmer when he was drafted into WWI.^[7]

According to the 1930 census taken when David was 50 years old, he was a carpenter for a bridge industry and owned his own home. He was living in Norridgewock, Maine. ^[8]

According to the 1940 census taken when he was 60 years old, David was working as a farmer. His highest education was grade 2. He was living in Norridgewock.^[9]

David was a carpenter when he passed away in Mercer, Maine on January 7, 1970.^[10][11][12]
