ADAM, Mrs Suzanne - It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mrs. Suzanne Adam on March 9, 2011 at the Hull Hospital, at the age of 63. Beloved daughter of Élisabeth Adam and Édouard Adam. She leaves behind her loving children François (René) and Jocelyn; her cherished grandchildren Élisabeth and Félix as well as their mother Martine. She also leaves her sisters and brother, Estelle, Jean (late Lise), Alma and Françoise, and many nephews, nieces and friends.

Visitations will be held at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, 95 Cité- des-Jeunes Blvd, in Gatineau (Hull), on Friday, March 25th, from 7 to 10 p.m. and on Saturday, March 26th, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. A prayer service will follow at 1:30 p.m. The family wishes to thank the personnel of the Hull Hospital and the Ottawa Hospital for the care given and support. Donations in her memory can be made to the Fondation du CSSS de Gatineau or the Ottawa Hospital Foundation.

ADAM, Mme Suzanne - Nous avons le regret de vous annoncer le décès de Mme Suzanne Adam décédée le 19 mars 2011 à l'hpital de Hull, à l'âge de 63 ans. Elle était la fille de feu Élisabeth Lepage et de feu Édouard Adam. Elle laisse dans le deuil ses deux fils François (René) et Jocelyn; ses petits-enfants adorés Élisabeth et Félix ainsi que la mère de ses petits-enfants Martine. Elle laisse également ses soeurs et son frère, Estelle, Jean (feu Lise), Alma et Françoise ainsi que plusieurs neveux, nièces, cousin(e)s et ami(e)s.

Elle sera exposée le vendredi 25 mars de 19h à 22h ainsi que le samedi 26 mars de 10h à 13h au salon de la COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS situé au 95, boul. Cité-des-Jeunes à Gatineau (secteur Hull). Suivra une cérémonie de prière à 13h30. La famille désire remercier le personnel de l'Hpital de Hull et de l'Hpital d'Ottawa pour les bons soins prodigués et leur dévouement. Pour ceux qui le désirent, des dons à la Fondation du CSSS de Gatineau ou à la Fondation de l'Hpital d'Ottawa seraient grandement appréciés.
