Isadore Ackerman was born on January 27, 1904 in Manhattan, New York, United States, son of Samuel Ackerman (~1871–1933) and Minnie Solomon (~1868–1924).[1] [2]

Isadore died in November, 1972 in Monmouth, New Jersey, United States, aged 67.[3] [4]

Following further amendments in 1950, cost-of-living increases were awarded to those who were receiving benefits.
