Hi Gail, I have a question on Upchurch-163 (Richard). You have that he was married to Elizabeth Hunnicut-11. I've never been able to find a source that says who his wife is. Will you please let me know where you found that so that I can note it in my personal files? Thank you. I appreciate it.

LOL, now I recall. A number of years ago someone wrote up a Kirksey essay and said the family came from Greenwood SC. I do not think Edward was ever in SC but I cannot say for sure. Christopher and his family and Isaac's family went to SC in late 1700s and most of Gideon's family moved westward toward TN and further.

After a number of messages, now I do not recall what I wrote . If I wrote to you privately, is there a place where messages are stored?

Hi Gail, Thank you for adding me to the trusted list for Strickland-125. Unfortunately this does not allow me to remove the undocumented and erroneous parents because the PPP requires that only a Profile Manager can remove links to parents. Can you please remove the links to the parents Thomas Strickland and Mary Margaret Curwen ? Thanks.

Gail, I would like to add some pictures to the profile of http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Hawtrey-2 (a portrait and a picture of Corfe Castle) I would also like to write something in her profile about her defence of Corfe during the sieges of 1643-6.

I have already included something about her burial/memorial and changed her current last name to Bankes. Helen

Sorry but an additional point that I've just noticed, her eldest son William predeceased Ralph. Ralph erected the memorial to his mother stating this (see Mary's profile) but Ralph died in 1677 http://www.historyofparliamentonline.org/volume/1660-1690/member/bankes-ralph-1630-77

The 'probable' line here https://archive.org/stream/genealogicalreco00bank#page/10/mode/2up/search/1709 seems improbable

I realized that I have suggested a merge of your Andrew Jackson McCarty-552 with my Andrew Jackson McCarty-821 which was a different generation to yours. I am trying to connect your McCarty-522 to Dennis McCarty's other children but It hasn't happened yet. Should I create a new profile for Andrew Jackson McCarty b. 1815 so that you can merge them???? This learning curve is sharp!!! Thanks, Connie McCarty
