Biography

He was the son of John B Abernathy 1753–1816 and Susannah Harwell Abernathy 1754–1838 and was one of (at least) ten siblings. He was married to Almirah Cobb Abernathy 1806–1893 and had at least 5 children. He was buried in Rhea Springs Cemetery, Rhea County, Tennessee, United States.^[1]

He lived in Blount county, Blount, Tennessee, United States in 1850.^[2]

He lived in the 2nd district of Rhea, Tennessee, United Stated in 1870.^[3]
