Sarah (Abernathy) Rockett was a Virginia colonist.

Sarah Abernathy was born about 1767 in Colonial Virginia, the daughter of James Abernathy and Elizabeth (Cox) Abernathy. Sarah married John Rockett. They were the parents of:

1. Nancy (Rockett) Abernathy and
2. Middleton Rockett
