Caroline M Abbott (Carrie) was born on 17 September 1864 in California, United States. She was one of seven children born to Alvin and Caroline (Tripp) Abbott.

In the 1870 census, Caroline (age 7, born in California) and her family lived in Alisal, Monterey, California, United States.[1] In the 1880 census, Carrie (age 16), At Home, was the single daughter of Alvin Abbot in Arroyo Grande, San Luis Obispo, California, United States.[2]

Carrie (26) married Oliver Perry Lee on 26 August 1891 in Guadalupe, Santa Barbara, California.[3] She was listed as Carrie M Barker, widowed, on the marriage record, though no record of a marriage to an unknown Barker has been found. There is no record of children born to either marriage.

In the 1900 census, Carrie (age 36) was the wife of O P Lee in Arroyo Grande Judicial Township, San Luis Obispo, California, United States.[4]

In the 1910 census, Carrie (age 45) was the wife of Oliver P Lee in Santa Maria Ward 2, Santa Barbara, California, United States.[5]

In the 1930 census, Carrie (age 64) was the wife of Oliver P Lee in Monrovia, Los Angeles, California, United States.[6]

Carrie's husband, Oliver, died in 1933. In the 1940 census, Carrie (age 75, widowed) lived with her sister Lulu (Abbott) and John Hart in Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California, United States.[7]

Carrie died on 22 May 1944 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California, aged 79, and is buried in Live Oak Memorial Park in Monrovia, Los Angeles County, California.[8] [9]
