Bertha was born in 1900. She was the daughter of William Abbott and Vianne Mask. She passed away in 1967.[1][2]
Bertha married Virgil H. Morgan on August 16, 1916 in Pulaski County, Kentucky.[3]
Bertha was buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky.[4]
Obituary
Mrs. Bertha Francis Abbott Morgan, 67, died September 24 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
Mrs. Morgan was a native of Somerset.
She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Nelson Howell, Somerset, Mrs. Lloyd Whitehead, Mrs. Richard Fiedler and Miss Virgie Morgan, and three sons, John, George, and Charles. She is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Eliza Vaught and Mrs. Julia Britt and two brothers, Bill Abbott, Louisville and Henry Abbott, Somerset.
Funeral services were September 27 in Louisville. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville."
