Conrad Aab, born in 1746, immigrated to Russia with his older brother Johann Heinrich, a Lutheran from Darmstadt, Germany, traveling under document number 2439. ^[1] They departed from Luebeck on the Galliot "Die Fortuna" skippered by Peter Stahl. ^[1] They were traveling with his sister-in-law, Anna, nephew [G]Erlach, 4, and niece Elisabeth, almost 1 year old. ^[1] They arrived in Oranienbaum on July 4, 1766.
