I've been interested in mysteries and puzzles for as long as I can remember. I think that is what drew me to genealogy research, which I've been doing since I was in middle school.
My primary locations of research are California, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, New Jersey and Ohio; but I have a genealogical connection to almost every state in the US. Outside of the US, my ancestors came from Italy, Canada, England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Switzerland, Denmark, Germany, and likely other parts as yet unknown.
The surnames I primarily research are: Allen, Berger, Croad, D'Accia, Di Milo, Healey, Lapiccirella, Nielsen, Scarano, Shinn, Stokes, Tock, vonAllmen, Webb, Wellons, Wood.
Maternal DNA Results: mtDNA: K1a4a1 Y-DNA: R-M269 (FamilyTreeDNA 37 Makers), surname Shinn
Paternal DNA Results: mtDNA: N1a; Y-DNA: U152/R1b1b2a1a2d*, surname Allen/Allan
