These are the surnames associated with my grandparents. Preston is from Lancashire, England and Cawthra is from Yorkshire. Hunkin and Mitchell are from the Western shore of Cornwall, England. The towns I heard my grandparents speak of were Perranporth and St. Austel. Some references to Mevagissey. They honeymooned in Torquay, Devon. My grandfather Hunkin came to Canada, I believe in 1907.
