benjamin skidmore in england canada and the usa any information please

Question

hi trying to find as much info as possible on my grandfather,benjamin skidmore born 1881 in dudley england,emigrated to canada in about 1904,lived in rhode island usa for a while then when his wife died eleanor skidmore nee hobson in 1922 went back to stratford canada where his father william had a foundry on pine street stratford.needing info on his father and him the foundry and anything else i can find so i can make a diary of his life.thanks to anyone who can help.

this is the right benjamin,what i am after is anything at all after about 1904 and importantly after 1924 when he moved back to canada.

It looks like Benjamin and Eleanor were in Rhode Island by at least 1907, according to the 1910 census: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/M2KQ-9PF?cc=1727033

They were living in Hyde Park, Massachusetts, but their oldest son had been born around 1907 in Rhode Island. Then their next son was born around 1908 in Canada, so they either moved back briefly or Eleanor visited to be close to her family around the time of birth.

They were in Massachusetts until at least 1913/1914, when their daughter Eleanor was born. Then the family appears in the 1915 Rhode Island census, in Providence. According to his WWI Draft Card, he was working for the Rhode Island Power Station as a utility man.
