How do I edit the tag for the surname in my PROFILE?

Question

My last name (Weaving) is my father's adopted name and not my paternal lineage. His biological (birth) name is White and is the correct surname for our paternal line.

How can I edit to tag the correct paternal surname?

On the other hand, if you want to change the surname tag in your name, that is controlled by the Last Name at Birth field on your own profile. That name is typically the name on your birth certificate or on an official record which legally changed your name.

But the surname on my birth certificate is WEAVING, whose family I am not blood related to.

I realized that you didn't want to change the Tags in the right column just after I posted my original message. Since the name was changed as the result of an adoption, I'm going to suggest reviewing the free space page for "Adoptees: How to Set Up your Profile." It's not exactly what you're looking for but, after reading it, I think will help.
