CP 1st ed. has one entry for this title, Sir Robert de Luterel, of Irnham and Lord Luterel summoned in 1295. In foot note (d) it mentions the descent incl. Geoffrey through Hawise at which point the abeyance fragments to many coheirs.
Cokayne takes a dim view on these ancient honors and this one in particular I think he considered so tenuous he doesn't even invent a numbered list past the only recipient so I suggest Geoffrey and his descendants shouldn't have nicknames that refer to Lord of Luterel (or Irnham, since that was just a manor). The nickname phrasing probably comes directly from Richardson so if the MC proj. think this is a valid de jure title, I suggest a note instead of a nickname. Thanks!
