With a quick look I do not see a source for the surname of Elizabeth. Various wills in the area on which Job Hammond Sr appears (as witness or executor) there is also an Elizabeth Hammond who may be the wife but not so designated. I have added southern colonies to your tags to get other eyes on your question. I do not see a primary marriage source, only sources which have user submitted entries as their basis.
