Unsure if correct person.

Question

I was looking at USA based surname "Ledford" and found one that seemed to be born in USA and Married in Australia.

I had a look at other sites and found at Ancestry.com.au:

With a Newspaper Article attachment to a completely different Joyce Gertrude.   

The profile is an orphan, and I was wanting a second or third opinion, if anyone wants to adopt the profile, please do so.

Hi NG. I haven't done anything at the US end or to check if this is only one person, sorry. But I've added an Australian death notice and a Find a Grave memorial to the profile.

The alleged Australian birth according to Ancestry was also in 1934. An official Victorian record for that, if there is one, won't be released until 2034.

Hi, I don't know if it helps but on Familysearch I found a profile for Joyce. The ID is L5PM-LKX. I also saw 2 birth records and a census record showing her birth in the USA. Here's the link for the census record https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:KW3S-SGL?cid=fs_copy

I didn't find any information of her marriage nor of a migration to Australia. What I think is that the two Joyce Dow could be the same person only if the "Australian" one wasn't born in Australia but migrated there. In the other case there are two of them because I think it's not possible to have two birth places.
