I wanted to share this family photo of 52 Weeks of Photos Animals with the community. Location: Goulds, Newfoundland, Canada. Date: 1975.

My Dad had a minah bird.  It used to sit on the back of his hand, so that when he was playing an all-action computer game which needed lots of fast moving of the mouse - the bird got an exciting ride!

That bird must have had a wild ride. This crow Sam used to rob anything shiny and hide it. We never did find its hiding place.
