I'm not sure I understand your question, but if you are trying to upload an image from your computer to a WikiTree profile, perhaps this will help.
You can click the "browse" button to see the folders and files in your computer, pretty much the same as when you use the File Manager or Windows Explorer or My Computer. You need to locate the graphic file that you want to upload, then select it and the file name will appear in the box at the left of the "browse" buttton. When you click the "upload" button, that file will be uploaded to the WikiTree server.
