Biography
Malvin was born on 17 February 1873 in Bigler, Bradford Twp., Clearfield County, PA. He was the son of Luther Harvey Williams and Belinda A. Waple.
Malvin died at the age of about 69 in 1943 in Philipsburg, Centre County, PA.
Malvin was buried after 1943 in Umbria Cemetery, Osceola, PA.
