Timothy, son of R. Williams & Elizabeth, was born on 9 February 1712 and baptised on 19 February 1712 in East Bergholt, Suffolk, England.[1]
In 1724 aged eleven years old Timothy was admitted to The Royal Grammar School of Colchester[2]

No further trace of Timothy has been found after he attended the Royal Grammar School.
