SWAN v. SWAN.

In this case, remitted from Sydney, James Swan sought a divorce from Thelma Constance Swan, the issues being marriage and desertion without just cause for three years and upward.

Mr. McTague, instructed by Mr. J. M. Hooke, of Taree, appeared for appellant, respondant not being present or represented. After hearing evidence, his Honor found the questions answered in the affirmative.
