Biography
Elizabeth was born in 1802. She was the daughter of Sterling Tarpley and Lucretia Pettypool. Elizabeth married Josiah Beasley, 1819, Wilson County, Tennessee. [1] In 1850 they are enumerated on the federal census in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky.[2] She passed away after 1876.

In 1850, Elizabeth's daughter Matilda is enumerated on the federal census in the household of Elizabeth's sister, Jeannette Tarpley Brown, in Yalobusha County, Mississippi. [3]
