Sarah was born in 1809. She was the daughter of William Tarpley and Catharine Palmer. She passed away in 1890.
She was probably born in Brunswick County, as that is were her parents were in the 1810 census after their marriage in January of 1809.
Sarah married Joel C Wells 8 Jun 1825 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. [1]
