Biography
Mack Scott is a part of US Black heritage.
Mack was born about 1845 in Virginia.
He married Catherine Curtis on 02 May 1867 in Fayette county, Illinois.[1]
They were in Fayette county, Illinois in 1870. He was listed as a blacksmith.[2] They had a daughter, Ella.
He married Mrs. Mary Frances (unknown) Brown on 12 Oct 1875 in Champaign county, Illinois.[3] They had a son.
He was a blacksmith in Champaign county, Illinois. He owned a blacksmith shop. They were in Urbana, Champaign, Illinois in 1880.[4]
He was killed by a freight train in West Virginia in 1882 according to a short death report in a Champaign county, IL newspaper.[5]
