Biography

Christobel was born on November 29, 1881, in Leicestershire. She was the daughter of Stephen Potter and Eliza Jane Selway.

She married Ernest William Mayes in January 1905 in Leicester.

2. Madeline Olive (Mayes) Goulstone, 1907-1990
