Biography
Eugene was born in 1922. He was the son of William Pettry and Myrtle Blankenship. He passed away in 1998.
In the 1930 census Eugene is boarding with his father at Sewell Mountain in Fayette county [1] Ed is described as widowered so possibly Eugene lost his mother at a young age.
This may be him in the 1940 census [2] If so Eugene was then working for the WPA.
