Samuel, known as Ernest, was born in 1889. Samuel's birth was registered in the Jan-Feb-Mar quarter of 1889 in Leicester, Leicestershire, England.^[1] He was the son of Luke Parker and Mary Webster. He lived with his parents and siblings in Wigston Magna, Leicestershire, England in 1901.^[2]

Samuel (age 23), son of Luke Jesse Parker & Mary Jane Webster, married Mary Isobel Hare (age 19) on 29 May 1912 in Toronto, York, Ontario, Canada.^[3] They had children. They lived in Galt, Waterloo, Ontario in 1921.^[4]

Ernest passed away about 1964.^{[citation needed]}
