1) Is it perhaps worth retaining information pertaining to a middle name that appeared in the profile merged into this one? That full name was " Amariah Fassett Parker."

2) FindAGrave.com has a memorial at Find A Grave: Memorial #160239586 (not for a burial site) for an "Amariah Parker," claiming this is a son of John Parker-31119 & Rebeckah Fletcher-1422. This may not be accurate. Note inter alia mention of him enlisting in the Continental Army at age 44, then serving at Valley Forge in 1777, which would push his birthdate back to ~1733

3) Different info on Family Search also claims he's John & Rebeckah Parkers' son, but born in 1753 (too late for these parents??): "Pedigree Resource File," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/2:2:SB8G-CJL : accessed 9 February 2019), entry for Amariah /Parker/; file (2:2:2:MMW3-LPN), submitted 14 May 2011.

This profile doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I know of no Eliab who married a Martha Andrews in Chelmsford in that period. The final link indicates that he fought at bunker hill and that his brother, a Lt Col died there - That would be Lt Col Moses Parker - whose father was Joseph Parker, perhaps there is a little guilding of the record there.

Odd that A.F.Parker comes into this, I had recently been looking at AmaZiah Fasset Parker who went to Indiana - named after a defender at Bunker Hill.

Why would someone go from Chelmsford to New Jersey in that period?

He is mentioned on Page 43 of Parker in America as the son of Eliab and Martha Andrews, b. 1768, he would have been 14 when the revolution ended. And the section appears to be talking about Parkers in Connecticut.
