Isabella was born 20 April 1870.[1] She is the daughter of Robert Muir and Christina Stephen. Isabella (age 23), daughter of Robert Muir & Christina Muir, married Fredrick James Mesher (age 23) on 6 February 1894 in British Columbia, Canada.[2]
In the 1881 census she is living at home in Sooke, BC[3]
In the 1901 census she is listed as "Bella Mesher" and living with husband James F Mesher and son Darrel J Mesher in Victoria, BC.[4]
In the 1911 census she is with James and living in Nanaimo, BC with one son, two daughters, James' brother Walter D Mesher, James' sister Elizabeth Mary Mesher and Elizabeth's four children: William, Harry, Agnes and Dorothy.[5]
Isabella, daughter of Robert Muir & Christina Stevens, died (age 70) on 7 August 1940 in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.[7]
Her obituary notes she had been a Victoria resident for 70 years and a daughter of well-known pioneer residents of Sooke the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Muir.[8]
