Biography
Robert was born in 1929. He was the son of Harold McWhorter and Ersa Clipner. He passed away in 2009.
He married Anna L. Ertel on July 8, 1955 in Ross County, Ohio. Their children were Larry McWhorter, John McWhorter, David McWhorter, Mary Ann McWhorter and Judy McWhorter.
"Wayne" served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict. He was an employee of the Chillicothe Correctional Institute, retiring in 1991. Following retirement, he spent his time enjoying the country life, gardening and spending time with his family and friends.
Robert passed away on 1 January, 2009 in the Veterans Affairs Medical Center following an extended illness followed with burial at the Springbank Cemetery in Yellowbud, Ross, Ohio.
